Eco-friendly Doraemon soft toy is coming soon to UNIQLO stores in S’pore
Here’s a special Doraemon plush that fans will want to get their hands on.
UNIQLO’s Green Doraemon
Shop at any UNIQLO store in Singapore long enough and you’re sure to come across an eco-friendly poster featuring the adorable Doraemon in green, who is the clothing company’s global ambassador for promoting sustainability .
It turns out that the green Doraemon in “sustainability mode” is so popular that UNIQLO decided to make an actual plush toy.
According to UNIQLO, the collectible plush is made from 100% recycled polyesterequivalent to approximately 14 x 500ml PET plastic bottles.
Soon available in Singapore
The green Doraemon plush will be priced at $29.90 each and should hit stores (and probably online) sometime in early August next month. It measures approximately 21cm high.
