Toy store The Entertainer opens new store in Vancouver’s King’s Lynn neighborhood

The mayor was on hand Saturday as The Entertainer toy store opened a new store in Lynn.

The new store is in the Vancouver neighborhood and shoppers can continue to shop at the current Norfolk Street store during the holiday season.

The first 20 families through the gates received gift vouchers worth between £5 and £100 and were greeted by a balloon artist.

Mayor Harry Humphrey was on hand to cut the ribbon and officially declare the store open alongside three lucky contest winners Emma Claridge, six-year-old Sophia and 10-year-old Danielle Claridge.

Lynn Store Manager, Miranda Blake said, “The team and I are really looking forward to welcoming our customers to our brand new store in Vancouver Centre.

“We look forward to seeing many familiar faces and no doubt new customers as well.

“To make Christmas shopping easier, we will be keeping our existing store open at 142 Norfolk Street throughout December.”
